The Roxy Hotel
“I love the staff here. I live in the neighborhood and can bring my dogs for tea here, they are very dog-friendly. Even when I have guests I put them up here and when my apartment was getting the floors redone I lived here for a few weeks. Sami is a SUPERSTAR and Donald and Jimmy on the door are the nicest and can direct you anywhere or just shoot the breeze with you. The place has such a cool vibe and the bars and lounges are super cool. Don’t forget Jack’s Coffee which needs its own review. Jack is a great guy I actually met him here once-best coffee in the city and right in the lobby. You know it’s a great place when people like these guys have worked here for many years. Can’t say enough good things about it.” – Anne B.

The Benjamin Hotel

“I was looking for a hotel for my pups 1st birthday…thankfully, I booked one Saturday night at the Benjamin. We had a wonderful experience. We stayed on the 12th floor and the room was well-sized (especially for NYC). The bed/pillows were comfortable, the staff was lovely (and very excited to play with the pup), and the location is perfect to get you anywhere you need in the city. I would definitely recommend staying here–especially if you are looking for a pet-friendly hotel. I didn’t see any other pets while I was there–but they treated my dog very well. They had a very comfy bed and bowls for her. They also wrote us a very sweet note wishing her a happy b-day with a fruit plate and fancy water. I would definitely bring her back here.” – m3lissao

Your dog also gets to relax in a Mungo & Maud bed, right beside their own mini-bar filled with treats from Bocce’s Bakery, as well as non-alcoholic Bowser Beer. Whether you’ve got a big dog or more than two, they’re welcome at the Benjamin Hotel.

“What a fantastic hotel! We stayed here many nights while our apartment was being built. We actually looked at a few beautiful apartments connected to the hotel, because we loved staying here so much. The hotel rooms are huge, newer, and very chic. We now seek out Andaz brand hotels when traveling. They accepted my dog, and we delighted in the complimentary in-room food and drinks. When visitors come to NYC, I recommend Andaz Wall st.” – Keith S.
